For wash basin fittings, a range of electronic taps and single‑lever mixers are available. The contactless MODUS E taps, available as pillar or wall outlet taps, work to minimise the risk of contact infections.
Regular stagnation flushes also help to maintain drinking water quality. As a result, all MODUS E models play their part in protecting user and drinking water hygiene.

The robust single-lever mixers in the MODUS series are available in four variants: with hoop or designer lever, and with a Basic or ThermoProtect cartridge. For all MODUS wash basin taps equipped with ThermoProtect, this innovative technology offers reliable anti-scalding protection: this makes them ideally suited for use in sanitary facilities that are used by children, senior citizens or people unable to respond quickly to dangerous situations.

The MODUS MD-T exposed shower fitting is also equipped with ThermoProtect technology for reliable anti-scalding protection. In normal use, the water temperature of the shower thermostat can be adjusted up to 38 °C, with an increase to a maximum of 43 °C made possible by releasing the temperature lock. The IsoBody technology also offers anti‑scalding protection, as the thermally insulated housing has almost the same temperature as its surroundings.

Range offers new shower solutions

To expand the MODUS series for shower cubicles, SCHELL has included two new shower kits into the product line‑up. Each kit consists of a wall bracket with a choice of a 680 mm or 900 mm length, plus a flexible hose and a triple-jet hand shower. The wall brackets can be moved anywhere along the bar: This means that existing holes can be reused, avoiding the need for additional drilling work – a real-time saver when it comes to bathroom renovations. Once installed, the shower holder can be converted over to left‑hand or right‑hand use. The holder has a rotary handle with a wing shape that closes with an audible click when it locks into place, allowing the hand shower to be adjusted quickly and easily to the required height. The hand shower is also available as a standalone product, either as a triple-jet model with a Soft, Vital or Power jet, or as a single, soft jet variant. Both SCHELL hand showers feature easy‑to‑clean anti-limescale burls and are especially economical with water thanks to their integrated flow restrictor. Even with a full jet, the showers use a maximum of 9.5 litres per minute. Very practical: the SCHELL All‑in‑One Set. This set has everything needed to bring a shower right up to date: the MODUS MD-T exposed shower fitting and a shower kit with a 900 mm wall bracket that includes a flexible 1.5 m hose and a triple-jet hand shower. The new MODUS products will start shipping in early 2024.
