Hygienic usage and modern design: Electronic SCHELL fittings in a boutique fitness centre

Situated in the heart of Vienna’s new Sonnwendviertel district, the newly opened EVO Fitness Bel & Main combines ultramodern training facilities with an appealing central location near Central Station. In the sanitary facilities at the studio, electronic wash basin and shower fittings from Schell ensure facility usage is both convenient and hygienic for patrons.

Hygiene, comfort and superb design: MODUS E electronic wash basin tap

A total of four MODUS E electronic wash basin taps were installed in the sanitary facilities at the new EVO Fitness Bel & Main. With its softly curvilinear, minimalist design, the tap blends seamlessly with the linear interior style used at the studio. Tap usage is not only exceptionally hygienic and straightforward but also saves water. Once the hands are moved out of the sensor’s detection range, the flow of water shuts off automatically. Users can set the temperature simply by adjusting the temperature control located on the side of the tap. MODUS E also offers another benefit: these electronic wash basin taps are also capable of carrying out optional stagnation flushes to maintain drinking water quality. This is especially advisable during periods when facilities are not being used, to ensure that bacterial concentrations cannot rise to levels harmful to health. Stagnation flushes and other tap parameters, such as sensor range, can be programmed directly on the tap by short-range reflex.

Supremely comfortable showering, thanks to LINUS concealed shower plus COMFORT Flex shower head

The LINUS D-SC-M concealed showers are another part of the hygiene and design concept for the sanitary facilities at EVO Fitness. The chrome‑finished front panels and geometric style make them into real eye-catchers in the showers. Thanks to low-contact operation with CVD touch electronics and an automatic closing mechanism, good user hygiene is guaranteed as well as effective reductions in water consumption. The pleasant showering experience at the fitness studio is enhanced by the COMFORT Flex soft-jet shower heads with anti-limescale burls.

The fourth and newest EVO Fitness has now opened its doors in the heart of Sonnwendviertel, Vienna’s new urban development district located between Central Station and Schloss Belvedere.
