The area offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and active holidaymaking. This year, the owners started work on updating the sanitary facilities in all 14 Knaus parks – located in some of the most beautiful regions in Germany – to the very latest standards. Two or three parks will be renovated each year.

When it comes to campsites, which many people choose as their holiday destination, sanitary facilities in particular should offer hygiene and user convenience, combined with easy handling of the heavy demands placed on them by patrons. The LINUS D-E-T ECO shower fitting from SCHELL has been specifically designed for public – yet upmarket – sanitary facilities that have to face tough working conditions. Thanks to easy and straightforward operation, the LINUS fitting is also a great choice for shower cubicles that need to meet accessibility standards.

The fitting is complemented on the wash basins by the PURIS E electronic taps from SCHELL. Here too, Knaus management made the right choice, since this fitting is perfectly suited to public facilities thanks to its durable reliability, despite high-intensity use. Fully contactless triggering of the water jet also meets the stringent hygiene standards that the owners need to guarantee for their campsite guests.
